UK. 16 full-time PhD studentships are open for applications from potential and recent, suitably qualified graduates, 2:1 or above. The research will be undertake at Peninsula Medical School.

The Peninsula Medical School and the Postgraduate Peninsula Health Institute together with their parent Institutions, the University of Exeter and University of Plymouth, are seeking to attract PhD candidates of outstanding ability to join their exciting and rapidly expanding programme of internationally rated research.

Stipends vary slightly, but will be at least the MRC current rates of £12,300 for 2006. Tuition fees will be paid at the home rate. Candidates from countries outside the European Union will be liable for the difference between ‘home student fees’ and ‘foreign student fees’.
