Postdoc Jobs at The Advanced Surface Technology Research Laboratory

Finland. Postdoctoral research position is currently available at The Advanced Surface Technology Research Laboratory ( ASTRaL ), Lappeenranta University of Technology. The area of work will be in thin film deposition and the applications could be in electronic and electrochemical materials, magnetic films or biocompatible materials and may involve collaboration with local companies.

The applicant should have or should have submitted his thesis for a doctoral degree related to thin film technology. Experience of an atomic layer deposition would be an advantage.

The salary would be 2.400 - 3.300 e/month for fixed term appointments until the end of 2007. The contracts may be extended, depending on further funding.
