Two years full-time postdoctoral positions are available within the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. The positions will be in the research project entitled “Cognitive and Neural Mechanisms of Joint Action“. The positions can potentially be extended for up to 5 years total
Expected candidates are those with a strong interest in this topic and the motivation to contribute new ideas to an emerging research field. Previous experience in one or more of the following is desirable: designing and running behavioural experiments, programming, motion tracking, eye tracking, ERP, fMRI. Candidates should have completed their PhD and should have very good written and spoken English language skills.
The post-doctoral researcher will be part of a young and enthusiastic team working on a range of questions pertaining to the human ability to collaborate and coordinate actions with others. A major focus will be on the role of shared task representations, joint attention, and temporal coordination. ![]()
