Netherlands. The Randstad Holding Scholarships are offered to students undertaking the International MBA Program within the University. The scholarships scheme is a part of Nyenrode’s International MBA Scholarships scheme.

Randstad Holding Scholarships are available for applicants from any nationality. The scholarships are sponsored by the Randstad Holding nv. The awards amount is 20,000 Euro.

Randstad Holding Scholarships are awarded on the basis of your application as well as an additional essay competition. In addition to the scholarship, each winner will also be assigned an experienced business manager as a personal coach during the course of the program.

Essays should include responses to both Part 1 and Part 2 as outlined below:

Part I
Select either 1a or 1b below:
1a) Discuss India as a future economic super power. The candidate should critically analyze the current economic changes in India and how the country will contribute to the world economy in a sustainable way in the future. Furthermore what would be influence on the local labor market and therefore on the HR service industry. (Limit: 1500 words).

1b) Discuss the expansion of the European Union. Where will the European Union stand in ten years’ time? The candidate should present solid arguments and economic reasoning of factors leading to this future role. Furthermore what would be influence on the local labor market and therefore on the HR service industry. (Limit: 1500 words).

Part II
Part II not available. Choose either 1a or 1b.
