You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, on a large ESRC-funded project, exploring the overall impact of higher education institutions on regional economies. Your main responsibility will be the analysis of large-scale micro-level datasets. A background in economics or computing science or statistics is essential. Familiarity with datasets such as the Labour Force Survey, British Household Panel Survey and Family Resources Survey is an advantage, as is knowledge of STATA or similar statistical software.

Salary range: £22,332 - £ 25,135
